Super Pets - Campaign Rules

* * All campaigns on the Goplay  platform are run and sponsored by Xplora Technologies AS. Although you are able to use the service from Apple app, Apple Inc. does not sponsor any of the campaigns on the Goplay  platform.

General Rules

  • The "Super Pets" campaign by Xplora is now active until midnight 22. August 2022
  • By registering for this campaign, each user is awarded 3 (three) Xplora Coins.
  • 1,000 steps = 1 super hero cape
  • You can log a maximum of 30 000 steps per day for this campaign
  • You can log a maximum of 30 super hero capes per day for this campaign in addition to the super hero capes you collect from the super powers. The reason for this limit is to prevent corrupted devices and other cheating from affecting the campaign- and everyones level of fun!
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash payouts, returned or exchanged into other products.
  • Xplora is not responsible for the delivery of the prize, if the winner(s) fail to provide a valid shipping address.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 places on the Super-Pets campaign at the end date.
  • Only one winner per household.

Campaign duration

  • Xplora's Super-Pets campaign is valid from 6.June - 22. August 2022
  • In order to keep it fun for everyone we would like to inform about the following new campaign rule:
  • You can only win a prize for 1 campaign in the timeframe of 90 days.
  • You can still participate in all campaigns, but our Goplay-team will chose the next winner on the list if you have won a prize in several campaigns

The Consumer Promotion official rules will:

  • identify ‘Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, employees, and agents of each (the “Warner Parties”)” as released parties,
  • provide that ‘the Warner Parties are not responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of the sweepstakes/contest’ (as applicable),
  • include the Picture’s legal notice, and
  • include a force majeure provision that enables Company to modify, suspend or terminate the Consumer Promotion or prize in the event Company is prevented from continuing with the Consumer Promotion due to an event of force majeure. The sweepstakes/contest online entry registration form (if applicable) will include a click wrap mechanism (unchecked box which entrant must check as a condition of entry) accompanied by the following statement (at a minimum): “I have read and agree to the Official Rules.” The sweepstakes/contest prize acceptance documents will include the Warner Parties as released parties.

 

How to claim your prize

The winners can claim their prize by sending the following to goplay@myxplora.com:

  1. #Goplay user name
  2. Full name of the winner
  3. Valid shipping address for the winner
  4. Guardians phone number

 

Should a winning participant fail to reply and claim their prize by not sending their Goplay username full name, and shipping address within 30 days after the campaign is finished their right to the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner can be chosen.

Xplora is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the registered amount of steps.

Administering the deliveries of player prizes will be managed as quickly as possible and will be delivered to the address provided in the prize claim email.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please allow for a potentially extended delivery time for the item to arrive at your specified address.
